The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

I think the moral of this story is to not follow strangers. You never know what they are thinking to do. They might also want to hurt you so you should always be careful around others.

The Fisher and the Little Fish

I think the moral of this story is that if you wait to get something good, you might not get what you were after in the first place. If you wait too long, it might go away and you may never see it again. Get what you can now so you don't have to worry about it later.

The Crow and the Pitcher

I think the moral of this story is that if you are determined enough, you can get almost get anything you want/need. For example, the bird was so thirsty, he knew he wasnt going to give up until he got the water.

The Four Oxen and the Lion

I think that the moral of the story is that you need to work together to get things done. When the Oxen started to fight/argue then they weren't as strong and they all were attacked by the wolf because of that.
I think that this is related to cooperation in C.A.R.E.S. I think this because cooperating means to work together and get something accomplished. (The Oxen worked together and tried to avoid being eaten by the wolf.)

Literature- The Fox and the Goat

I think the moral of this story is to never really trust anyone. If they offer an idea that might sound maybe dangerous or stupid, don't join them. In this fable, the Fox tricked the Goat into jumping down into the well. After the Goat was in the well, the Fox used him to get up out of the well. I think that the story would end by the Fox saying: "Remember next time, never trust a person/animal when they are in difficult times."

Literature- Wooden Bowls

Wooden Bowls was an interesting story. At first I thought it was sad, but towards the end, it was happy. I'm glad that the parents felt the way they did because they felt how the grandfather was feeling. I think this relates to cares by empathy. I think empathy because you have to think about other peoples feelings. Just because someone doesn't like a mess, doesn't mean they should isolate the other person. The lesson this taught me was that I should always think of the other person before I do something that might hurt someone else's feelings. I thought this was a great story.

genetics

While reading these articles, I've learned a lot more about genetics. some things I learned were that the biggest chromosome is numbered one, the second biggest is numbered as two and so on. Also, I learned that stained chromosomes can be photographed and arranged in order of size to produce a karyotype. (a chart scientists use to study chromosomes.) Another cool fact I learned was that most of an organism's chromosomes, generally all except for one pair, are called autosomes. These are only some of the cool and interesting facts I learned.
